U.S. Shipping Fees and Policies
    General Shipping Policies
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST usually ship the following business day.
  • Please allow one additional business day for order processing when calculating expected delivery dates.
U.S. Shipping Methods and Fees
  • We currently offer a flat rate of $4.95 for orders weighing under 3 pounds.
  • Shipping is free for order purchases over $100.00 (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and International orders). Orders over 20 pounds will not qualify for free shipping. Instead, you will receive a $5.00 shipping discount. This discount is automatically deducted from the shipping total at checkout.
  • Orders under $100.00 and weighing over 3 pounds are charged the actual cost of shipping plus a small handling fee. Our shopping cart will diplay the exact shipping charge upon checkout.
  • Free shipping orders weighing over five pounds are shipped via UPS 5 Day Ground Delivery (excludes PO Boxes, APOs, and FPOs).

    Delivery Time
    Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation E-mail once your order ships.

    SHIPMENT CONTRACT & TRACKING:

    We will charge you a fee of $5.00 to re-ship each and every package that is either incorrectly addressed or re-routed back to us due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is returned to us, you will be charged $5.00 per package to have the package(s) re-shipped. For customers who elect to cancel their returned orders, the order will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

    Lifestyleblends.com is not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Again, we generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is lost, Lifestyleblends.com is not responsible.

    If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make address corrections to your package. If your package is re-routed, returned or lost, all policies listed above apply. PLEASE ENSURE YOU INCLUDE YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.

    All items purchased from Lifestyleblends.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. By placing an order with us, both parties (you and Lifestyleblends.com) agree to use the shipping company's tracking information as the final determinant in assessing whether or not a package was delivered. If we ship a package, and the tracking information shows that it did not arrive to you, it remains our responsibility to get a replacement package to you. If the tracking information shows that it was delivered, then it was delivered. This contract commences at the time of shipment and means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please be sure that your address is correct.
    International Orders, Customs and Declarations

    Internationally, we ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, England, Greenland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Netherlands, New Zealand, Newfoundland, Norway, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

    International orders are sent via US Air Mail Parcel Post. Rates vary depending on the weight of the package.

    Generally, International shipments take 7-10 days from day of shipment unless Customs causes a delay for some reason (see below).

    Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Switzerland, and United Kingdom
    If you are ordering from any of the above 5 countries, go ahead. You will most likely not encounter any problems with customs.

    Netherlands and South Korea
    There may be some issues with the customs, but generally, our customers are happy.

    Australia, Canada, Denmark, Italy, New Zealand, and Norway
    Your order may be held by the customs, and you may have to pay import duties. (Australia, Canada , New Zealand). Please order with caution.

    Austria, Spain, and Sweden
    Please do not order from us, as your order most probably ( 75%) be rejected by the customs, and, due to the huge shipping costs to send the goods back to us, we may not be able to refund your money..



    Credit Card Verification:
    International Customers ordering for the first time from Lifestyleblends will need to fax () the front page of their credit card statement (monthly statement/bill sent to you), or a copy of the front and back of your credit card along with a utility (water, electricity, or gas) bill indicating your shipping address. This information is used to verify that you are the owner of the credit card. Please note that, unlike with the credit card purchases originating within the U.S., we can't verify your address electronically or through the phone, so this extra step is necessary to authenticate you as the actual credit card holder. Once you have placed your order, please fax (xxxxxxxx) or email ( attachment to info@lifestyleblends.com) these documents to us ASAP. Your order will be shipped out once we have received one of the above set of faxes or email attachments. Please note that this requirement is only for International customers ordering for the first time. If you have ordered from us before, you don't need to fax us your credit card information.

    Note: If you are faxing us a copy of your credit card statement, you may delete any purchase history from this document. All we need is your credit card company's Logo and address, your name and address, and the last 4 digits of your card.

    Shipping Charge Extras:
    The shipping charge is calculated at checkout. We have, however, a few large and heavy products (usually liquids, or in glass bottles) for which we must charge you additional shipping per unit. Should there be any such an extra charge, we will notify you before we process your order.

    Shipping Restrictions:
    It is the responsibility of our customers to make sure that they are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S. If the Customs in your country returns your order to us, either because you did not have the permission to import such supplements or because such supplements are banned in your country, we will refund to your credit card your total minus twice your shipping charge (as we must pay our carrier the same shipping charge to return your order back to us), 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred, such as quarantine fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country. For example, if you ordered $100.00 worth of vitamins, and your shipping charge is $20.00, for a total of $120.00, once your order is returned to us, your account will be credited $60.00. Once again, please check with your country's customs officials to make sure you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.

    Canada (click here for for a list of the Canadian restrictions) Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Switzerland, and U.K.

    Difficult Countries: We have had frequent problems in regards to orders shipped to:
    • Australia and New Zealand: delays and unnecessary extra charges by Customs. Also, for DHEA you must have an import permit.
    • Europe (except for Ireland, U.K. Switzerland, and "almost" Netherlands ): Almost all nutritional supplements are considered drugs, and will be returned by Customs. A special note to our valued customers ordering from Denmark, Sweden and Netherlands: Please do not order Melatonin, DHEA, or any type of HGH, as your order will not be shipped out.

    • Other Terms and Conditions
    • Rates vary based on total package weight and final destination. The customer is responsible for duties, fees, and insurance costs that may apply.
    • You may preview your shipping charges on the payment information page before you submit your order.
    • Payment must be by credit card, US or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a US bank.
    • You pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package and the destination. The $4.95 standard shipping charge and free shipping does not apply to international orders.
    • Based on the country into which you are sending the products, you may incur customs charges levied at the time your package reaches the destination country. You are responsible for these charges. These charges or import duties may be due at the time the package is retrieved by the recipient. If you fail to pay them once your order reaches your nation's customs offices, we will bill your credit card for them. Customs charges are typically based on the actual value of your order, which will be based on the commercial invoice that accompanies your order. The recipient will also be responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Please check with your local authorities before placing your order to determine what duties/taxes (if any) may be imposed.
    • Certain countries impose restrictions and require special licenses/forms for the import of nutritional products. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. Where documents are required prior to shipment, Lifestyleblends will ship products once the documents have been received via facsimile or mail.
    • Important: We cannot refund shipping fees if your order is returned to us by your country's Customs Authorities. Also, additional shipping fees may be imposed to have products returned to the United States. You will be responsible for these additional shipping fees should they occur. If you are uncertain whether a particular product can be shipped to your country, we suggest you check with your Customs Authorities before ordering. By placing an order, you acknowledge your understanding and accept these terms and conditions.
    Backorders
    We cannot guarantee availability on low quantity items. You will be informed about unavailable items. We will never substitute an alternate flavor, brand, or product without your permission.
    Damaged or Incorrect Items
    In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please E-mail our Customer Service Department at service@lifestyleblends.com within 48 hours. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS until you contacted Customer Service for instructions, as we may require return of the damaged goods. In these situations we will promptly send you replacement product and a pre-paid return label to return the damaged or incorrect merchandise.
    Return Policy
    If you are dissatisfied with any product, please E-mail our Customer Service Department at mailto:info@lifestyleblends.comwithin 15 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions.

    NO RETURNS ON BARS AND REFRIGERATED ITEMS. We check expiration dates before shipping bars, to ensure items are fresh.

    Products cannot be returned if the only reason is that you do not like a particular flavor. Please try samples of products from your local store to be sure you enjoy a particular flavor. If you believe a product is spoiled, do not consume the product and do NOT open additional packages/containers of the product. Call our Customer Service Department for instructions. We will not accept returns for more than one container/package of the same product if they are opened.

    Our products are shipped in fresh condition and stored in a climate-controlled warehouse. We cannot accept returns for heat-damaged products.

    Unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to Lifestyleblends at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

    Promotional Items (free bars, T-shirts, etc.) must be returned if the associated product is returned. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not returned.

    Credit Verification
    Your order may be subject to credit verification at the discretion of Lifestyleblends. We verify the shipping/billing address information you provide before processing your order. If the information you provided disagrees with your credit card company's records, your order may be delayed or held. Lifestyleblends Customer Service will contact you if your order is being held and provide you with instuctions. Failure to reply or meet the conditions of these instructions will result in automatic cancellation of your order within 10 business days. These policies are designed to protect our customers and business against credit card fraud. We apologize in advance if they present any inconvenience.
