RNA/DNA therapy was invented by Dr. Benjamin Frank. He wrote a book called the ‘No aging diet’. The research suggests that when people eat foods rich in RNA/DNA, nucleic acids, our cells will be rejuvenated and repaired.
RNA/DNA keeps us younger, longer. Life is about keeping cells as vital as possible for the longest time.
Dr. Frank proposed people eat sardines, anchovies, salmon, kidney beans, garbanzo beans etc.. However, the food with the highest content of RNA/DNA is the Portuguese sardines. In addition to the recommended foods he administered RNA/DNA glandulars to his patients. Many people rejuvenated, gained their energy back and looked years younger.
Dr. Frank himself died at 56, from a very vicious form of diabetes that he tried to cure with chelation therapy in the Bahamas finally killed him.
