Water is important to the mechanics of the human body. The body cannot work without it, just as a car cannot run without gas and oil. In fact, all the cell and organ functions made up in our entire anatomy and physiology depend on water for their functioning. The water we drink is physiologically used, it is absorbed into our system, and if we drink polluted or contaminated water, the pollutants get sopped up in our bodies.
The expected positive result of drinking eight glasses of water a day just gets shattered if the available water is of low quality or tainted. Mineral rich, healthy drinking water has a very therapeutic effect on our system, and obviously, if we imbibed high quality liquid on a daily basis, we’d have an excellent basis for good health.
Studies have revealed that people, lucky enough to boast such as mineral-rich, uncontaminated water source, are among the healthiest in the world. As water is exceedingly getting polluted and scarcer in some regions in the world (Africa, India) good water may start to become the new crude oil soon.
